Terms & Conditions

1. This appreciation campaign is ONLY applicable for customers who purchased ANY Enco Power Extension.

2. Participants must fulfill ALL the steps to entitle the Enco Appreciation Campaign.

3. Participants MUST be either a Malaysian Citizen OR a resident in Malaysia and MUST be over 18 years old.

4. With any purchase of Enco Power Extension, customer is entitled to ONE entry into the Contest. The customer is allow to submit multiple entries, but he/she can stand a chance to win ONE Lucky Draw prize ONLY.

5. Enco Management has the right to decide the lucky participants for each prize. The decision of Enco is final and conclusive. The Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable nor exchangeable for cash, credit or any other item. No correspondence, queries, appeals or protests will be entertained.

6. Enco Management may at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice, vary, modify, delete or discontinue any aspect of the campaign (including the cancellation or discontinuation of the campaign and/or to replace and/or substitute any part of these Terms & Conditions; the Participant agrees to be bound by such amendments.

7. The lucky participants will be randomly selected from the pool of entries, and the result of the Contest will be announced on Facebook: DD Enco

8. The prize shall be collected by the participant at his/her risk and cost OR deliver by Enco. Any Prize, which remains unclaimed after FOURTEEN (14) DAYS from the date of announcement shall be forfeited. The lucky particpants will be called by Enco Management to arrange the collection.

9. By joining the contest, the participant has agreed to provide us their contact details for future marketing purposes. We respect your privacy and will not share with third party.
